7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. • Meals will be served as set-menu or buffet at the hotel’s discretion.
• All major meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) will be served at Navarasa — the hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant.
• Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am. Lunch is served from 12:30pm to 3pm. Dinner is served from 7.30pm to 10pm.
• High tea is served from 7pm to 8pm in the lawn. Bonfire also takes place at the same time on the lawn.
• One day prior intimation is required for availing the coffee plantation walk. It will take place between 6.30am to 7am.
• There is no disability access.
• The property is not pet-friendly.
• All rooms are non-smoking. However, there is a smoking zone in the property.
