Departing from Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach, Southern Man is the perfect way to discover the unrivalled natural beauty of the Whitsundays and surrounding Great Barrier Reef region. Boarding commences at 8am on the day of departure (5pm boarding the night prior is available for a surcharge). Disembarkation is at 5pm on the final day, following a 3pm refuelling at the marina (8am disembarkation the following day is available for a surcharge). The marina is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Proserpine Airport (PPP). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Environment Management Charge (EMC): Please note an Environment Management Charge (EMC) of A$30 per person (3+), per trip applies, payable directly to Anchor Charters at time of boarding. Includes all moorings, excluding Palm Bay, Long Island and Daydream Island. Children under the age of three are excluded from the charge.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: After the 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee, date changes and cancellations are not permitted.

Please Note:

• Pricing is per package.
• Anchor Charters – Sailing the Whitsunday’s bareboat charter fleet are not fishing vessels.
• Briefing will take place four to five hours prior to sailing.
• Please note your designated skipper must be at least 25 years of age.
• Fishing is not permitted from vessels in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.
• The compulsory maritime briefing will take place at 8am on Day 1 or 5pm the night prior to departure if boarding the evening before departure.
• Refuelling is at the charterers’ expense.
• Guests will be required to fill out a Hire Agreement and Crew Forms 45 days prior to arrival.
• Guests will also receive a copy of a hire agreement and pre-charter notes 45 days prior to arrival.
• Infants (under 3) are permitted onboard. Children and infants make up the total number of guests on board, regardless of age.
• Cooking facilities are included onboard, but food is not included in your package. Guests must bring their own food and drinks.
• Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.
• No bareboat charters in the Whitsundays are permitted to visit the resort at the exclusive Hayman Island.
• All packages do not include airport transfers, fuel, fees for all marinas, food or provisions.
• All moorings in the marina park are covered by your EMC payment.
• Daydream Island and Palm Bay, Long Island are private mooring and charge approximately A$150 each.
• Marina fees are only applicable if docking at the marina overnight, approximately A$125 per night.
• Consider approximately A$20 per day for fuel for good sailors or A$40 per day for amateur sailors.
• All surcharges are payable directly to Anchor Charters or local providers.
• Boarding commences at 8am on the day of departure, or 5pm boarding the night prior is available for a surcharge of A$450.
• Disembarkation is at 5pm on the final day, following a 3pm refuelling at the marina.
• Disembarkation at 8am the following day is available for a surcharge of A$450.
• Should you wish to take advantage of both early boarding and late disembarkation, the surcharge is A$800 for both.
• Surcharges are payable directly to the Anchor Charters.
• Additional nights onboard are subject to availability.
