So clean, staff are amazing, food is amazing and our kids felt so welcomed and loved. The pool is so nice and waterslide is fun too! Best hotel I’ve stayed at hands down.

From the moment we arrived at the airport we were looked after, we were greeted and taken to the air-conditioned Sofitel check in lounge and offered a drink while we were checked in and had our bags loaded into the waiting transport. A quick 20 minute drive to the resort where we were greeted by friendly smiles and taken on a buggy for a quick tour and a complimentary welcome cocktail, shown to our room where we would spend the next 4 days. Which turned out to be nowhere near long enough! All the staff were friendly, helpful and caring. Our room was spotless every single day, the turn down service at night was such a nice touch. The Waitui pool area was our hidden gem for our stay. So nice and quiet and relaxing. All the restaurants had good food offerings, the wait staff were engaging and funny. The spa is a must visit, we had a couples massage and it was easily the best massage experience we have had anywhere. The resort had everything you could need for your stay, there really was no reason to leave. An amazing trip, we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the Sofitel for four nights, and I must say we had the best time, we even contemplated extending. Everyone was beyond lovely, and it felt like home. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times, we requested to upgrade our room to a family one rather than the standard one we had originally booked - they accommodated our request immediately which we are thankful for. I cannot fault the service anywhere, from the concierge to activity booking to room refreshing to restaurant staff and all other people, everyone was amazing & so loving! They treat your children like their own & help out without you even having to ask - we used the nanny service and kids club once during our stay and I can confidently say that my 2yo & 4m old were in loving/ caring hands, they had a great time and were looked after well in terms of being changed after water play! We will definitely be back!!

As a member of Accor Plus it has been a frustrating 2 years to try and get a room at Sofitel with a free night. Finally we secured a stay of 2 nights with 1 being the free night. Sofitel Fiji is true luxury and we were impressed an how family friendly the hotel facilities and staff were. The rooms are well furnished and simple yet elegant, restaurants serve awesome flavorsome meals. the breakfast selection was ok in range but spot on in flavor - the Lolo bun and chai tea were to die for. Staff were just awesome, service with a smile and the sound of laughter was always great not to mention the happy birthday singing Kaila
