- Hotel Credit: The included hotel credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The hotel credit can be used at any outlet which can charge back to the guest’s room. This includes a range of restaurants, the spa and bookings for tours via the Hamilton Island Tour Desk. The credit is deducted from the total room bill upon checkout. No minimum spend is required and can be put towards any transaction that has room charge capability.
- Planned maintenance: Please note that upgrade works for the balcony balustrades will be undertaken from 3 March to 13 December 2025. Guests may expect intermittent construction noise on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between the hours of 8.30am–4.30pm. The hotel will take every step to minimise disruptions to guests’ experience.
