After spending 14 days at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, where the standard is already incredibly high, we thought it would be hard to be impressed by any other hotel. Normally, we stay at Electra Palace when visiting Thessaloniki, but this time, we decided to try something new: ON Residence. And let us tell you – it was the best decision we’ve ever made! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were blown away by the stunning elegance of the hotel’s design. You can immediately tell that every detail has been carefully thought out. The welcome we received was so warm and genuine that we felt like VIPs – and we’re not exaggerating! The check-in process was seamless and faster than we’ve ever experienced, and the welcome treats? Absolutely divine. It was the perfect way to begin our stay. The room? Simply flawless. The décor is modern, chic, and exudes a sense of understated luxury that’s hard to put into words. The bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, and the view… absolutely breathtaking. It’s as if this place was designed to be the ultimate home away from home for discerning travelers. The room service was lightning fast, and every little detail – from the quality of the food to the attentiveness of the staff – was pure perfection. Whether it’s the thoughtful amenities in the room or the unparalleled service throughout the hotel, ON Residence takes hospitality to a level we’ve only experienced in the world’s most exclusive luxury hotels. Even though we’ve only been here for a few hours, we already know this: ON Residence is our new home in Thessaloniki. We visit the city 2-3 times a year, and after this experience, we simply can’t imagine staying anywhere else. A massive thank you to the entire team – you’ve not only impressed us but left us utterly speechless. If there were a rating above 5 stars, we’d give it in a heartbeat. ON Residence is not just a hotel; it’s an experience! We’re already counting down the days until our next stay.

During my one day visit to Thessaloniki, i stayed at On Residence. Rooms, view, location… everything was so perfect! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel my first reservations and rebook again, they were helpful during the process. Even though I arrived early, they made my room ready immediately and offered coffee while i was waiting. I had to leave early in the morning and they offered that they can pack breakfast for me ❤️ Rooms are well equipped and very clean and the view is just amazing! Can’t wait to stay there again!
