  • Daily breakfast is available at Oak & Vine Sunshine Coast from 7am to 9am (Monday to Friday) and 7am to 9.30am (Saturday and Sunday).
  • The water park is for children only (12 and under) – parental supervision is advised. Parents do not need to purchase passes to supervise their children.
  • Onsite complimentary parking is located near reception.
  • Reception hours are from 7am to 9pm daily.
  • A non-refundable 1.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions made at the property.
  • A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation of A$1 will be required upon check-in.
  • Guests must be 18 years of age and above to check in. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Maintenance works will be carried out on the waterpark between Monday 24 July and Tuesday 1 August 2023 (inclusive). The waterpark will be inaccessible during this period.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
