Security Deposit:

- 4-7 nights: 5,000 THB
- 8-14 nights: 10,000 THB
- 15 nights or longer: 10,000 THB
The deposit will be refunded in full upon check -out, provided there are no damages or outstanding.
Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) Ref: PH4A

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
