Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

- Pool heating is $35/day, must be pre-booked for full stay (minimum 3 nights if applicable); no refunds for weather-related issues or short-notice cancellations.
- Safety fence around pool must remain in place and be re-secured after each use; fence must be fully in place at check-out.
- Chimed alarms installed on pool doors for child safety.
- No commercial or recreational vehicles allowed overnight; max 4 vehicles per reservation.
- Resort amenities access fee: $35 per booking, or $45 for groups over 13.
- Pool temperature not guaranteed, especially during cold weather; no refunds for heating underperformance.
- Damage waiver included in booking for accidental damages.
- This home has a monitored alarm system with a custom access code.
