Getting to Mauritius is easy. Regular flights are available with Air Mauritius and Virgin Australia, departing most Australian capital cities with a minimum of one stopover (direct flights available from Perth) and an approximate flight time of 10 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7 hours 10 mins, direct), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours 45 mins direct), Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours 35 mins) and Bangkok (approx flight time 7 hours 45 mins)

The resort is approximately one hours’ drive from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU).

A convenient private airport pickup is included in your Tropical Escape package. Please contact the resort to arrange and to advise flight times and drop-off prices, should you need return transfers.

Upgraded packages receive return private transfers - please contact the hotel with your arrival and departure times to arrange.

7-Day change of mind guarantee: Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of booking and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults OR two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of MUR3,400 per night, sleeping on existing bedding in twin room (please request two queen beds) or on a rollaway bed in king room, with full inclusions EXCEPT upgraded spa treatment. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding in twin room (please request two queen beds) with full inclusions EXCEPT upgraded spa treatment .

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
