This wellness retreat is nestled in lush surrounds on the outskirts of Hue, Vietnam. A 15-minute drive away will find you at the enchanting Imperial City, built of palaces and rich history. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Phu Bai International Airport (HUI). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Kotei Restaurant from 6.30–10am. During low season, an a la carte breakfast is offered instead.
  • Daily lunch or dinner is served at Kotei Restaurant from a set menu from 11am – 2:30pm and 6:00–10:00pm.
  • Daily onsen access includes the Luxury Onsen, open 6am – 8pm, and the Family Onsen, open 6am – 9.30pm.
  • Massages at Kourai Spa, open from 9am – 8pm, must be booked in advance. Guests can choose between a hand, head, neck and shoulder massage or a foot massage.
  • Ganban-yoku or mud bath experiences can be accessed at the onsen building, open from 9am – 8pm. Guests can choose between a Himalayan salt Ganban, snow Ganban, iki Ganban, stone Ganban or mud bath. During peak season from June to August, booking in advance is recommended. Open to all ages; children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • Nightly drinks are valid at Gekkou Bar from 3–10pm, with a choice of local beer, wine, juices or soft drinks.
  • Yoga classes are available, subject to the resort’s schedule. Booking 12 hours in advance is recommended.
  • Kids Club available to children up to 12 years old. Opening hours are 6am – 9pm. There is no staff supervision.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
