7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Packages are valid for two people

Bedding Configuration: Please request one king or two double beds. Subject to availability.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 13 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$114.96 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. A rollaway bed can be added for an additional surcharge of US$97.72 per night. Breakfast can be added at an additional cost of US$53.88 per day. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 12 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation only. Breakfast is included free of charge for children aged five years and under, it may be added for children aged 6 - 12 years for a surcharge of US$25.14 per child, per day. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: Infants will count towards maximum room occupancy and must share existing bedding (free of charge). A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Guaranteed Connecting Rooms Charge: Must be requested at time of booking. A one-time flat fee of US$287.40 net will apply, regardless of length of stay. The following rooms can be connected: Scenic to Scenic Lanai, Ocean View to Ocean View Lanai.
