Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan — MGallery is strategically positioned between all of Bangkok’s key sights and the city’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, including Siam and Sukhumvit, as well as a short tuk-tuk ride from the magical city centre. The luxurious, seven-storey Central Chidlom Shopping Mall can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

• Breakfast is served daily at Medici Kitchen & Bar from 6.30am to 10am.
• One complimentary sunset cocktail is available per adult, per package at The Speakeasy rooftop bar any day between 5pm and 7pm.
• Club La Boutique Privilege access includes canapes, dessert and cocktails at Babette’s The Steakhouse on the 19th floor daily between 5pm and 7pm.
• The afternoon tea service is held at Le Salon daily between 2pm and 5pm and includes a selection of homemade finger sandwiches, scones, jams, clotted cream and pastries, served with a choice of premium teas or freshly brewed coffee. This service must be reserved 24—48 hours in advance and is provided once per package, subject to availability.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
