Getting to the Great Barrier Reef is easy. Regular flights to Cairns depart from major Australian cities and are available with Virgin Australia, Qantas, Jetstar and more.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 7 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 20 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 17 hours).

Return high-speed catamaran transfers from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal to Green Island (around 45 minutes) are included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly with arrival and departure details to arrange.

Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal is approximately 12 minutes’ drive from Cairns Airport.

• 8.30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 10.30am Monday Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

From Green Island (turnaround vessel time is subject to change):

• 9.15am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 2.30pm Friday Saturday & Sunday
• 4.30pm Monday & Wednesday

There is no ferry service on Tuesday or Thursday. Please note that there are special request transfers available which must be pre-booked 45 days prior to arrival.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Island Suite - Packages are valid for two adults and two children.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 15 years or older) may stay in a Twin Island Suite for a surcharge of AU$180 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (two double beds) with full inclusions (except discounts on diving). Payable directly to the hotel. Occupancy cannot exceed two adults and two children (aged 14 years or under) or three adults only.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 14 years and under) may stay free of charge and receive all inclusions (excluding nightly cocktails and discounts on diving).

Baby Policy: Up to two infants (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Reef Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests can be accommodated.

Connecting rooms are not available, subject to availability.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Please note:

• AU$50 food credit is not restricted to any number of people.
• The resort will be closed from 18 January - 30 June 2020
• The Great Barrier Reef Day Trip with Great Adventures boards at 11:15am for a departure of 11:30am and returns to the resort at 4:25pm. Bookings must be made with resort reception
• Pool or rainforest view subject to availability on day of arrival.
