I'm giving this hotel five stars just for its restaurant. The area surrounding the hotel is a scattering of unfinished construction sites and failed, abandoned hotels. However, the Crowne Plaza has the best restaurant compared to all the other neighboring hotels still in operation. I ate there with my wife and we were both pleased with our meals. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable for a hotel restaurant.

My stay at Crowne Plaza has started out fantastic. I normally wait until the end to post a review but wanted to have this done while fresh in my mind. Martha at the front desk was fantastic in helping me and her professional service was above and beyond. I came in extremely early and while she didn’t have the room ready (understandably) she suggested to hold my luggage so I wouldn’t have to carry it around and offered me different areas to work while I waited. What really caught my attention was I had moved upstairs outside the restaurant as it was quieter and when my room was ready she came to find me to let me know. Others would have waited for me to come ask. I really appreciate the extra she gave.

The beds were extremely relaxing I honestly did not want to wake up. Breakfast was very delicious and the only way I would improve it would be to clean tables beforehand a little bit better so it would be spotless. Of course no hotel is completely perfect so I would rate this a very good 4 stars. The Restaurant at night is amazing the food was is so delicious and well prepared.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport was largely positive. The quality of the WiFi was exceptional, which facilitated my work during the trip. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of the check-in process, allowing for a smooth arrival. The bed provided excellent comfort, contributing to a restful night’s sleep. While my overall experience was very good, I would rate it slightly lower due to minor aspects that could be improved. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and service.
