Brief House Rules To ensure all guests have a memorable and safe experience, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules: • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas. Our sensitive alarms will trigger an immediate response if smoke is detected. • Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool, despite the presence of an alarm system. • Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the Château. Accommodations can be made for pets to stay in the outbuildings. Please inquire in advance. • Security: Please lock all doors and windows upon exiting the premises, and ensure the main gate is secured. • Respect Property: Enjoy the amenities offered, but kindly return items to their original places after use. Towels and robes are provided for your stay but must remain on the property. • Mini Bar/Wine Cellar: Specific usage rules apply. Please inquire for details. Replenishment or charges may apply. • Kitchen Use: You are welcome to use the kitchen, but we ask that you clean up afterward. • Fireplace: For safety, the fireplace should only be operated with assistance from our groundskeeper. • Art and Decor: Please respect the artwork and the interior decor by not touching or altering them. • Floor Care: Please remove shoes on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Chateau to protect the carpets. • Noise: We have no specific noise restrictions but ask that you be considerate of others in the community. • Damage: If accidental damage occurs, such as a broken item, please inform us immediately. For more significant damages, compensation may be required.

Security deposit of EUR€3000 flat amount per stay

Maximum Property Capacity: The maximum property capacity is as specified in the property details. Exceeding the maximum capacity requires explicit permission from the property. Please contact the property directly to inquire.

Package Inclusions: Inclusions are correct at the time of purchase. Refer to your booking confirmation for details. Please note package inclusions may vary depending on the rate selected, please choose your package carefully.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.

Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.

The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.
