Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR three adults and one child.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED1,500 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed or rollaway bed with breakfast, transfer as per package and accommodation only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on a sofa bed with daily breakfast, transfer as per package and accommodation only. A rollaway can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

20% discount on selected spa treatments is not applicable on retail items or on Burj Al Arab’s Journey.

Resort credit cannot be used towards alcoholic beverages. Resort credit will be deducted from applicable charges on the final bill upon check out.

Wild Wadi Waterpark™ will close from January 2021 until the first week of February 2021 for maintenance. During the closure, no alternative will be available. Please note: exact dates are to be confirmed.
