Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Please Note
• Beach access is through the resort and is about a one-minute walk from the home
• Pets must be approved and a $50 fee per pet (plus tax) applies after booking
• Pets are not allowed at the resort but are allowed on the beach during designated hours
• Guests are expected to pick up after pets at all times
• Guests are expected to clean and empty the charcoal BBQ grill before departing
• Cleaning services are available during your stay upon request
• A fully monitored security system is in place for guest safety
• Your unique door code will match the alarm system for secure access
• The equipment shed with beach gear is shared with the other guesthouse—please return items after use
• The second guesthouse is connected via the backyard walkway to the beach
