Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel until 30 June 2022 (bookings must be made before 31 May 2022).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020, during which airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort is unavailable.

Check Availability: To confirm your dates of stay at purchase, click on ‘Check Availability’ and select your preferred package. Use the calendar to browse and select available dates. Dates with a surcharge are identified.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibilities to choose your travel dates - within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Ocean View Suite, Garden View Pool Suite and Ocean Front Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed with one sofa bed for a surcharge.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one infant OR two adults, one child and one infant. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$100 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed or sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged from four to 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of US$13 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant aged three years and under may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge (subject to availability).

Please give the resort 48 hours’ notice for your one-way airport transfer from/to Bali Denpasar Airport so it can be arranged accordingly. Can be used for pickup on arrival or departure.

Massage should be booked upon check-in.
