This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Buildings on the south side of this property are under renovation from May 7-November 15, 2026, with work being done in phases. All facilities remain open during this time, including the south pool, though guests are encouraged to use the quieter north pool.

• Bookings of five nights or more will receive complimentary airport transfers
• The resort is undergoing a planned refurbishment focused on façade repainting and corridor resurfacing on the south side of the property. Only buildings on the south side are being refurbished, and they are taken out of inventory one at a time to minimize impact. There may be intermittent noise, particularly during May and September when more intensive work is scheduled. Outside these months, disruption is expected to be minimal. Our Villa Operations Team is available at all times to assist with any requests or concerns. In the meantime, if you need further assistance, please contact the hotel.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB29,425 per adult (12+) and THB14,713 per child (3–11) including 17.7% tax applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort, not to be included in room rate and will be collected upon check-in at the resort.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
