Availability:

• Available: Monday – Sunday: 4am–6am meeting time, 9am–11am finish time (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays
• The night before your flight (prior to 6pm), you will receive a notification to confirm whether the flight is possible based on the weather conditions and confirming the exact meeting time. You must check-in for your flight and complete the waiver via the Global Ballooning Australia app
• Departure Point: You will meet 1.5 hours before sunrise (pilot will confirm time the evening before) at Balgownie Estate: 1309 Melba Hwy, Yarra Glen. Meet inside 1309 Restaurant
• Please note: Transfers are NOT included in this experience. You may add CBD transfers for an additional surcharge per person, arranged directly with Global Ballooning Australia

Important:

• Please allow up to 3–3.5 hours for this experience, including driving to the launch site, setting up/packing down the balloon, approximately one-hour flight time and driving back to the meeting place
• Passengers may be required to assist with the setup/inflation and pack-up of the balloon
• Buffet breakfast is available for purchase for A$45 per person, and is available after the balloon flight held at Balgownie Estate. Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to Balgownie Estate
• You may invite extra people to join you for the sparkling breakfast from $30 per person, subject to availability. For catering purposes, please advise the booking office before your flight date
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible
• Free parking is available at Balgownie Estate

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled at short notice due to safety reasons at the discretion of Global Ballooning Australia. Minimum numbers are required
• If the flight is cancelled, the breakfast will not take place

Cancellations:

• Please note: Ballooning is a weather-dependent activity, so if the balloon flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, you can reschedule for another date
