- Risotto Zafferano Alla Gambari: Saffron risotto with prawn
- Osso Buco Alla Milanese: Braised veal shank in tomato and white wine sauce served with saffron rosotto
- Penne Alla Vodka: Penci pasta with bacon finish with little cream and vodka
- Pizza Margaritha: A classic blend of tomato sauce, parmesan, mozzarella, crowned with fresh basil
- Pesce Al Cartoccio: Baked black cod in tomato sauce with prawns, mozzarella cheese, oregano, parsley and garlic
- Duck Anatra Arrosto Con Basalmico: Roasted duck breast served with pumpkin purée, vegetables and cream sauce
