At T’Gallant, Victorian pioneers of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris, you’ll share a gourmet pizza lunch with rustic sides, matched with a glass of their signature drop. After lunch, enjoy a guided tasting of up to five handcrafted wines, each bursting with character. Tucked among the vines, the setting is rustic yet refined – perfect for long chats, laughter and lazy afternoons. - Prawn and chilli: Garlic prawns, chilli, fresh rocket, mozzarella and tomato sugo
- Italian sausage: Pork and fennel sausage, mozzarella, caramelised onion and tomato sugo
- Funghi: Assorted seasonal mushrooms, pecorino, mozzarella, bianco base, and truffle oil
