Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 7am; returns 6.30pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up Point: Pick-up is available from select Sydney CBD hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
  • Please arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
  • If your hotel is located outside the complimentary pick-up zone, FJ Tours will advise of the closest pick-up time and location via the email provided at time of booking
• Drop-Off Point: Participants will have to make their way to their hotels from Circular Quay after tour

Important:

• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Meals and drinks are not included in this tour. You may choose to bring your own lunch or purchase your lunch in the Blue Mountains
• Any additional personal purchases made are payable directly to vendors
• Please note, prams, strollers, walkers and motorised scooters are not permitted on the Scenic Railway ride. Sections of the scenic walkway are not wheelchair accessible

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• FJ Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. FJ Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of FJ Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
