• Note special Christmas Menus may operate from mid-November to 24 December each year. A special Chid Menu operates during Vivid Sydney

• Infants aged 0–3 may travel free of charge with no food/beverage provided OR purchase a Child Fare and receive the Child Menu

Cancellations:

• Bookings of less than 10 guests:
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Bookings of more than 10 guests:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings of less than 10 guests: 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Any fare differences are payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a nonrefundable fee from A$20 per person
• Bookings of more than 10 guests: 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Any fare differences are payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a nonrefundable fee from A$20 per person
