• Up to 21 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days prior to departure
• Cancellations within 21 days of departure, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Standard sedan suitable for up to two passengers; standard van suitable for up to six passengers
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from US$16 per car per seat per trip applies. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way travel
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Singapore Changi Aiport (SIN) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers

Luggage restrictions:

- Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Two (2) suitcases
- Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) suitcases
- Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger's own cost
