• Tickets will be issued by Luxury Escapes within three months of your selected travel date. If your travel date is within three months, your tickets will be issued within seven days of purchase
• The physical ticket or e-ticket must be presented and scanned for entry into the parks
• Tickets will be issued for the date selected upon purchase, please select your date carefully as exchanges and refunds are not available

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside S.E.A. Aquarium except baby food, formula and food for guests with special dietary requirements. There is a variety of food available for purchase onsite (own expense). There is a restaurant (Ocean Restaurant) and quick bite corner (Ocean Bites) in the S.E.A. Aquarium
• Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection
• Tickets for all guests are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Valid for one child (4–12) AND one adult (13+)

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge

Cancellations:

• Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same person throughout the day. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of inclement weather
