Inspired by the glamour and sparkle of the 1920s, this exquisite restaurant invites you to settle into your luxurious leather seats for an elegant two-course set menu, complemented by glorious double-height glass windows for views of the city and sea beyond. To start or end your night on a high note, sip on a refreshing nightcap with free-flow cocktails at the intimate Rooftop Bar for an evening to remember.

- Salmon Pizza: Marinated salmon served on crispy tart shell
Main Course
- New York Striploin on The Bone: 30 days dry aged grain-fed black angus striploin
- Gindara: Oven roasted gindara served with nikiri sauce, edamame, snow pea radish and watercress salad
- Grilled Organic Chicken: 1/2 grilled chicken with palm sugar and beer glaze, chicken jus with tarragon
- Grilled Crispy Pork Belly: 5 spice marinated pork belly with Chinese BBQ sauce, garden vegetables, shimeji mushroom and truffle glaze
- Dry Aged Duck Breast with duck jus

- Banana & Coconut Cheese Cake with butterscotch, banana ice cream and orange tuille

- Tables will be held for 15 minutes, and the reservation will be released if no contact has been made. No refunds given for late arrivals and no-shows
- Child policy: Children aged 4 and under are not recommended at The Plantation Grill. Young children might not be comfortable due to the style of the restaurant. However, please be aware that The Plantation Grill will do their best to take your booking - please advise of any children and their ages in advance when booking. Food for children and infants are not included.

- Specific seating requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Due to the unique concept and layout of the venue, Plantation Grill dinner menu is only served with existing table plans and settings for group events or special function
- Photography: In order to protect the privacy and comfort of other guests, taking pictures and videos around the restaurant using a professional camera and photographer is not allowed
