Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 6 days before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 6 days prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply

• Cancellations within 5 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• All Alcatraz entry ticket sales are final and non-refundable

• Available every day: Departs at 7.40am or 8am (depending on pick-up location)

• Pick-Up Points:
  • 7.40am: From 478 Post St. San Francisco 94102 (Union Square Area - Downtown San Francisco) Encore Cafe is next door. The bus will board from directly across the street
  • 8am: From 2805 Leavenworth St (Fisherman’s Wharf Area) Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours is across the street (blue canopy). The bus will board just in front
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Drop-Off Point: Pier 33 Alcatraz landing. Participants will have to make their way to their hotels after the Alcatraz tour
• Booking valid from 1 April 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Muir Woods and Sausalito tour will run for approximately five hours
• Alcatraz Tour will run for approximately 2.5 hours and is self-guided
• Hotel transfer, gratuities, food and drinks are not included in this tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please contact Gray Line of San Francisco 72 hours prior to tour date to confirm your departure location chosen for your City Tour (478 Post St or 2805 Leavenworth St)

Terms & Conditions:

• Alcatraz reservations are first come first serve, all reservations are finalised five (5) days prior to your departure date. If for any reason you do not provide the above-listed info within the window of time provided, your Alcatraz tour will be forfeited. See How To Redeem section for further information
• Alcatraz Cruises is the official concessioner to the National Park Service for Alcatraz Island. The National Park Service & Alcatraz Cruises establishes all policies and procedures regarding the purchase of tickets, reserving your departure date/time and ferry service to and from Alcatraz Island. Photo ID is not necessary for every person in the party, but is required for the person who purchased the tickets
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Ferry rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Alcatraz Cruises for passenger and crew safety
