• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Pick-Up/Drop Off Points:
  • 8.40am: From 478 Post St. San Francisco 94102 (Union Square Area - Downtown San Francisco). Encore Cafe is next door. The bus will board from directly across the street
  • 9am: From 2805 Leavenworth St (Fisherman’s Wharf Area) Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours is across the street (blue canopy). The bus will board just in front
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Booking valid from 1 April 2024
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

• Hotel transfers and gratuities are not included in this tour
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please contact Gray Line of San Francisco 72 hours prior to the tour date to confirm your departure location chosen for your City Tour (478 Post St or 2805 Leavenworth St)
• During the itinerary, typically 4–5 different stops are made. These stops can vary in duration, ranging from quick 10-minute photo stops to approximately 20 minutes spent at iconic locations like the Golden Gate Bridge
