- Please arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Late arrival will result in a shortened cruise duration. Non-arrival for a scheduled booking will be treated as a cancellation
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Gold Coast Gondolas
- Dietary requirements can be accommodated with a minimum 24 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
Terms & Conditions:
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Gold Coast Gondolas abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Gold Coast Gondolas incorporates a fixed weatherproof cabin with curtains and clear panels, which can be set to cater for most weather conditions. They monitor the local weather radar and should a potential weather problem arise, they will contact you in good time. In the unlikely event that a cruise is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule your cruise or receive a full refund

- Cruises cancelled outside of 48 hours have the choice of a partial refund less a 10% cancellation fee off the total amount OR a gift voucher for the full amount paid
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Bookings:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
