• All Doubtful Sound experiences start at the RealNZ Manapouri Visitor Centre, located at 64 Waiau Street. Manapouri is a 2.5–3 hour drive from Queenstown (approximately)

• Exclusions: Food, drinks. Surcharges apply for additional passengers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to RealNZ
• Please allow up to seven hours for the duration of this tour, including travel time
• Doubtful Sound is in remote Fiordland with no Wi-Fi available
• Due to the multi-leg journey and floating wharf access, guests will need to have a reasonable level of mobility
• Manapouri Café is open daily from 9am–1pm (own expense). Due to the remote location, please bring cash to make purchases

• The Southern Express, M.V. Sinbad, Mariner or Fiordland Navigator may replace the Patea Explorer if maintenance or schedules require
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of RealNZ for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/legal adult guardian at all times
