• Pick-up/drop-off point: Shared transfers are available from selected accommodation or central Queenstown – please note your location at time of booking
• Departure Point: Departs and returns from The Helicopter Line Base, Lucas Place, Queenstown, New Zealand
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including check-in, safety briefing and your flight
• Helicopter flights are shared, meaning you will likely share your aircraft with other guests
• Each helicopter can hold up to six passengers or a maximum combined weight of 480kg
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Drones, iPads or selfie sticks are not allowed on board for safety

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+). Infants aged 0–3 and weighing under 15kgs are required to sit on an adult’s knee during helicopter flight. Infants over 15kgs will require their own seat
• Your flight and cruise are subject to favourable weather conditions; if cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to The Helicopter Line. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• The Helicopter Line will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. The Helicopter Line works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• All flights require a minimum number for departures, this varies at each base. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be co-ordinated to achieve minimum numbers
• Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, the same prepaid voucher will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line aviation bases for a flight of similar duration and price. This avoids the situation of refunds
