Availability:

• Available every day on request: Departs 11am; returns 4.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Queenstown CBD accommodation. Please advise of location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks (unless specified), take-home wines or merchandise from wineries
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 5.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Exact pick-up times will be provided upon booking
• Airport pick-up/drop-off is available at a surcharge from NZ$15, to be booked with and paid directly to Appellation Wine Tours
• Children must be aged 6–17 to participate in this experience and be under the supervision of a paying parent or adult guardian at all times. Children under 6 are not permitted to attend
• Set menu inclusions apply. No substitutions permitted

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required for tour to proceed
• Maximum group size per tour is 12 guests
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions. Venues visited are subject to change
• Appellation Wine Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Appellation Wine Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before tour departure date: Bookings will be refunded less a penalty from NZ$10 (per transaction)
• Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations must be made by calling +643 442 6920 from 8am–8pm NZST time or emailed to bookings@appellationwinetours.nz

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, which may be done at no extra cost, subject to availability
