- The centre is located where Shotover Street and Beach Street unite. Guests should head toward the water.

- Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
