• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled tour departure – no cancellation fees apply

• Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to tour departure time, late arrivals or no shows – 100% cancellation fee applies, no refunds applicable

• Cancellations must be recieved via email to bookings@tourstas.com.au. The time stamp on the email will define the cancellation time and the fees/charges that apply

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Sensible shoes for day touring
• A variety of warm clothing
• Weatherproof jacket if possible
• Hat, sunscreen
• Water bottle, snacks, lunch (or buy it on the day at own expense)
• Camera
• Sense of adventure

• Available hours: Monday – Friday: Departs Hobart 7.30am, returns 6pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day
• Central Hobart hotel pick-up and drop-off is available at select locations only - please enquire at time of booking

Important:

• Tours are not suitable for children under 8. Tours Tasmania reserves the right to refuse to carry passengers under this age and refunds will not be available
• Meals are not included with this experience. BYO lunch and snacks, or you will be able to purchase lunch on the day (own expense)
• Travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years+
• Any excess amount or personal expenses are payable directly to vendors
• Travel insurance is not included
• This tour includes walking in wild areas and time spent outdoors. It is expected that participants have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility and act responsibly to ensure your own safety and the safety of others at all times

• Tours are minimum number dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Tours Tasmania
• Tours operate in the rain and snow, so guests are recommended bring clothing and footwear suitable for warm, cold or wet conditions
• Tours Tasmania tours operate in all weather conditions. Itineraries are subject to change and may be altered if the weather conditions on the day deem this to be necessary for either operational or safety reasons. Refunds are not given when are itineraries altered
