• Available every day: Departs 8.15am; returns 5pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid for the date and validity as selected on purchase
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared return transfers are available from all Phuket hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer

Important:

• Elephant care centre visit will run for approximately one hour
• Food and drinks not listed above are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under four may attend free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Minimum four guests required for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum six guests per tour
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
