• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available on request: Service operation time is between 6am–12am
• Valid for maximum 2.5 hours of use of the Coral Executive Lounge, Coral Premium Lounge, First Class Lounge OR Domestic Departure Lounge – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Infants aged 0–2 years old may enter free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Children aged 3+ are charged at adult rates
• Pass is valid for maximum 2.5 hours for lounge usage. Extra hour is charged from THB 350 net/hour/person, payable directly to venue
• Valid for lounges located at Phuket International Airport (HKT) only at international OR domestic departures (as selected)
• Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venue
• Additional fees may apply for amenities such as shower rooms
• Select amenities may require advance booking and are subject to availability

• Must be aged 20+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Valid for access to the lounge type selected at time of purchase. Access is non-transferable
