- This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
- Please note: All guests are required to bring a copy of their passport or ID card

- Child rate applies for children aged 4–11. Children aged 1–3 are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- Tour is not recommended for children under 1 year old, guests aged 65+, and pets
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, bone disease or orthopedic issues and pregnant people are not permitted on this tour
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather and tide conditions
- Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
