Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Morning Tour: Departs: 8.30am; returns 1.15pm (approximately). Afternoon Tour: Departs 12.30pm; returns 4.15pm (approximately)
• Venue: Elephant Jungle Sanctuary – 2/12 Moo 6, Kathu, Phuket
• Bookings valid for the date and validity as selected upon purchase
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return shared transfers available from Phuket hotels/resorts. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than 8.30am for Morning Tours and 12.30pm for Afternoon Tours. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Please allow up to five hours for this experience, including travel time
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–10. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• Included transfers are for hotels/resorts located in Bang Tao, Cape Panwa, Cape Tukkae, Chalong, Laem Hin, Kamala, Karon, Kata, Mai Khao, Nai Harn Beach, Nai Thon Beach, Nai Yang, Patong, Phuket Old Town, Promthep Cape, Rawai and Surin Beach only. Guests staying outside this area may need to organise their own transport
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• ICS Thailand cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. ICS Thailand retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
