Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations received with more than 48 hours prior to scheduled tour departure date are eligible for a full refund of all monies paid, less any non-refundable incidental expenses incurred by the tour operator on your behalf

• Non-refundable incidental expenses include, but are not limited to: third-party cancellation fees, food and drinks purchased on your behalf, or pre-paid attraction tickets or entrance fees

• Cancellations received 24 to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled departure, a gift card will be issued for the full amount paid, less any non-refundable incidental expenses as described above. Gift cards do not expire, are transferrable, and can be used at any time and on any Red Jeep Tour

• Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals and no shows will not receive a refund or have credit offered

Changes to Booking

Minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to make a change to your booking

Proper footwear (hiking boots or walking/tennis shoes) are required. Please no open-toe shoes or sandals

Terms & Conditions:

• This tour has a two-person minimum to operate
• Jeeps can accommodate a maximum of seven passengers
• Online reservations are accepted for parties of two or more on public and shared tours. A minimum of four people is required for private tours and a maximum of seven people
• Guests get in and out of the Jeep several times on this tour to partake in short nature walks or an easy hike
• Please let Red Jeep Tours know when booking if you have any mobility issues that limit your ability to walk or if you will need assistance getting in or out of the Jeep
• Guests who are pregnant or who have neck or back issues or injuries should consult with their doctor before taking this tour
• Outside food and beverage is not permitted on public tours
• No alcohol or bottled beverages are allowed
