• Guests must provide the following information at time of booking: Name, telephone number, email address, name of your Nice hotel, flight number, age of children attending (if applicable)
• Should Smartour Riviera need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs Nice from 8.30am; returns to Nice from 6.30pm (Departure and return times may vary depending on traffic)
• Not valid: Blackout dates apply included 24–26 May, 21 July and 24 & 25 December 2025
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers available from Nice accommodation. Please advise of your hotel name and address at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Bookings are subject to availability

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required to book for any departure. Maximum 19 guests per tour
• Door to door service is offered as part of your tour. If your driver does not arrive 10 minutes after the agreed pick-up time, please call the Smartour Riviera helpline on +33 (0) 620296010.
• All customers are insured against accidents during transport, except when boarding or leaving the vehicle. Smartour Riviera cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. French legislation requires people to fasten their seatbelt in the vehicle
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: EUR$50 cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Maximum purchase limit of up to 10 adults or one adult and nine children per customer applies. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
