- Wearing enclosed footwear is recommended as some walking and steps are involved
- Bring hats and sunscreen in summer, carry waterproof jackets in winter

- Arrival at the ticket counter 10 minutes prior to tour time is required. During busy holiday periods, your place on the tour may be reallocated if you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to tour departure

Important:
- Exclusions: Food, drinks, transfers and tour guide
- Backpack baby carriers, strollers or prams are not allowed inside the cave
- Photography is allowed but no tripods, camera stands or selfie-sticks are permitted
- You should allow approximately one hour to explore the cave, and additional time to enjoy the Ancient Lands Experience

- Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- A valid ID must be shown upon request for the senior ticket
- There are 350 steps required to descend and ascend to enter/exit the cave. Moderate physical exertion is required to enter this cave
- Tickets purchased are valid for the day selected at purchase only
- Visitors participate in the tour activity at their own risk
