• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• Tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance
• Strollers or baby carriages cannot be accommodated on group tours
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 6–12. Children aged 5 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

Dress Code:

• Soft-soled or wedge-heeled shoes are recommended for SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Stiletto heels are not permitted
• Guests are encouraged to wear pants, leggings, tights or any other type of attire that protects from unwanted exposure from the many reflective surfaces throughout SUMMIT One Vanderbilt
• If visiting SUMMIT during the day, guests are encouraged to bring sunglasses to protect against the glare
