• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Return transfers available at Queenstown central accommodations. Please confirm your pick-up address at time of booking. Please note that pick-up times from your accommodation will be relayed to you prior to the tour
  • Please be ready at your designated pick-up point 10 minutes prior to departure time. If you haven’t entered a pick-up location, please phone 0800 777 922 or email info@truesouthflights.co.nz no later than 36 hours prior to the experience to organise a pick-up
• Departure Point: For self-driving participants: Please check in at the office 30 minutes prior to departure. True South Flights is located in the Remarkables Park Town Centre in Frankton, near Queenstown Airport, with free all-day parking. It is best to park near the New World supermarket and walk across the carpark entrance to building on the corner of the main road (Hawthorne Drive)
• True South Flights will be unable to wait should you be running late and you will be considered a no show for your booking and not eligible for a refund

• Exclusions: Additional meals and drinks not specified above. Return shared vehicle transfers are available from selected central Queenstown hotels on request – please advise at time of booking if required
• Weather check: The weather can be very changeable in Milford Sound, so please call office one hour prior to departure for a final weather check. True South Flightswill confirm if the tour is going ahead then. If it’s not, True South Flights will do their best to reschedule you to another suitable day/time and try again. • Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers. Arrangements can often be made for solo passengers

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Children aged 3–13 years old are eligible for child rates. Infants (0–2 years old) fly free on a parent’s lap given they are under a weight of 15kgs.14 years old & above are considered adults. If you are travelling with children 4 years and under, please ensure that a car seat or suitable restraint is brought to ensure their safety and safety of others
• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to True South Flights. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Passenger seat allocation is at the pilot’s discretion due to the weight and balance of the aircraft
• True South Flights will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. True South Flights works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your reserved flight incur a 50% cancellation fee
• In the case of late arrivals or no-shows, you will be charged the full cost of the flight. True South Flights reserves the right to apply discretion in exceptional circumstances

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
