• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Tickets are date and time slot based. Customers will have to choose the date/time slot while booking the attraction tickets
• For Digital Photo Pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival at the attraction. Scan QR code to save up to eight (8) photos during the experience. The ticket has instructions to go to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on the ticket
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• No flash photography is permitted inside the aquarium
• Please note: SEA LIFE Melbourne’s Oceanarium is closed until December 2023 for renovations. During this time, some sharks and rays will be off-display and replaced with Submerged – a new immersive digital experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day. Booking multiple sessions in the same day will not be permitted
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge
• Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+

Cancellations

• Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable
