• Available for weekday or weekend flights, as selected. Flights depart approximately one hour before sunrise. Pilot will confirm the meeting time one day before the flight

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks (unless specified) and transfers
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests. Bookings are limited to six passengers per day

• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes
• High heels and thongs are not to be worn for ballooning, and scarves must be securely tucked inside jackets, or not worn on the launch field

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• This experience is not suitable for children under 13. Children aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Pregnant passengers are not permitted to fly
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
• Flights are subject minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Blue Skies Ballooning
• Blue Skies Ballooning is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon tours or tethered hot air balloon rides

Cancellation Policy:

• This experience is non-refundable
• Passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances including being unwell to fly due to illness. Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or re-scheduled if passengers cancel or do not show/arrive for their ballooning experience on the morning of the scheduled flight
• Flights cancelled by Blue Skies Ballooning due to inclement weather conditions are eligible for rescheduling within 12 months of the first cancelled flight date, subject to availability

Changes to Booking:

• Cancellations up to 7 days prior to a flight date: 100% cancellation fees apply
• Changes requested between 48 hours and 7 days prior departure date: rebooking fee from A$50 per person applies. Note: Weekday flight packages can only be re-scheduled on a weekday flight, excluding public holidays
• Within 48 hours prior to a booked flight: only changes to names of participants of similar weight are permitted
• Blue Skies Ballooning must be advised of name and weight changes at least 24 hours in advance
• Please Note: If you wish to alter or re-schedule your confirmed flight date, it is considered a cancellation. Any change requests are subject to availability
