• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to allow enough time to complete sign-in forms, induction and change into your safety clothes. Late arrival may shorten experience time

• For group bookings, you can secure multiple rooms depending on how many people are joining you, or book the same room back to back. If you’re not sure which room to book for your group please contact venue directly
• Participants may bring their own items to smash, subject to approval. Please contact venue directly via email hello@thesmashroom.com.au at least 48 hours in advance of booking with your proposed items and they will advise
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to The Smash Room
• Onsite parking is available at The Smash Room
• Safety overalls sizes range from XS to 7XL

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must be aged 13+ to participate in this experience and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times if under 18 years of age
• Experience requires a minimum of two people to book
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant people or people wearing a cast
• If you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol you will not be able to participate in the activity
• Participants will not be permitted to enter a smash room unless they are wearing clothing that provides adequate protection that covers all parts of the body
• Guests who arrive after the session time has started may be asked to wait until the next available time slot. Please keep in mind that The Smash Room books out in advance, so there may not be any other smash rooms available on that day
