• Children must be over the age of 8, accompanied by a paying adult and supervised at all times during the experience
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• The maximum passenger weight for this experience is 114kg
• The tour is subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
