Things to know

  • Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance. Guests must provide the following information at the time of booking:
    • Airline and flight number
    • Full names of all passengers
    • Arrival date and time
    • Name of hotel
    • Additional infant seat (*if required, fee of $US25 applies for extra seats)
  • For Return Transfers, please email trafficcabos@epic.com.mx with your voucher ID to provide your return trip’s departure date, location and number of passengers
  • Should Epic Group need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
  • Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

  • Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
  • Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Pick-up/Departure point: Terminal One (T1): Main entrance, National Terminal; Terminal Two (T1): Meeting Point 10, International Terminal. Your driver will be holding an EPIC DMC sign
  • Transfer areas available: San Jose del Cabo, Tourist Corridor, Puerto Los Cabos, Pacifica, Diamante or Cabo San Lucas zone hotels
  • Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully

Important:

  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • Surfboards and golf bags incur a US$10 surcharge per transfer, payable directly to your driver
  • If an additional infant seat is required, a US$25 surcharge per transfer applies, payable directly to your driver. Please advise at time of booking if required
  • One standard piece of luggage and one carry-on bag are permitted per person
  • If you cannot locate your driver, please call +526 24124 0222 or seek out a Customer Care Representative in the Hospitality Area upon arrival at the airport or departure from your hotel. There is a maximum wait time of 30 minutes after calling

Terms & Conditions:

  • Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
  • Valid for transfers to and/or from Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL) only
  • Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
  • Transfers are not confirmed until you have provided all travel information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival (see How to Redeem)
