• This is not your train ticket. Your train tickets and detailed tour information will be sent to you one week before your scheduled departure date via email (or within 24 hours if booked within one week)
• Departure journey: Arrive at St Pancras International Station, Euston Road, London, UK for Eurostar check-in at 5:30am Monday to Friday or 5am on Saturday. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance.
• Return journey: Check in at Gare Du Nord at 7pm. Eurostar departs at 8:13pm, arriving into St. Pancras International at 9:40pm. Please refer to the check-in time advice on your train tickets for further guidance
• Train times and check-in times are subject to change due to operational requirements.
• Sightseeing bus route: 10 stops. Operates from 9.45am to 7.30pm. Frequency of every 7 to 15 mins. Stops include Tour Eiffel, Opera Garnier, Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d’Orsay, Champs-Elysees and more
• River Cruise: Your ticket is valid for any boat on the day. Departures are from the piers at Port de la Bourdonnais, located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, with a frequency of every 30 to 45 minutes
• Please ensure you have a valid passport and the necessary visa or electronic travel authorisation, depending on your nationality, for travel between the UK and Franc
• Children under 4 years are not provided with their own seat on the Eurostar and tour bus
• This is an independent (unescorted) tour.
• Seating requests cannot be guaranteed on the Eurostar.
• To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, Eurostar have some limits around the amount of alcohol you can bring on board: 4 bottles/cans of beer or 1 bottle of wine per person.
• When selecting Eurostar Plus class: light meal and drinks are served at your seat, along with extra spacious seating.
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Please note bookings are subject to the Eurostar conditions of carriage which can be found here
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Boat rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at discretion for passenger and crew safety
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
